By The authority says the volcano is expected to continue to spout lava in “the coming days.”
In the Spanish Canary Island of La Palma, lava has been streaming down the street after eraption of the volcano Cumbre Vieja on September 19, this year. Thousand of people and tourists evacuated and several residences were damaged.
Government started taking action immidiately and hundreds of firefighters are alredy sent to battle any fires caused by the lava flows. According to Spanish news reports the Cumbre Vieja was last erapted 5 decades ago.
